What areas to request for OKW

Our problem is we are really overthinking what to request when doing the online requests for rooms. We are first timers at OKW. We know it is big; we are fine with that. We just want an area close to Hospital House. We requested elevator buildings and upper floor. We know the elevator buildings are in the North Cove Road area, they are nearest to Hospitality house from what we've seen. What are the chances they adhere to this request? We are getting a studio. If the consensus seems to be that they won't adhere to the requests, we would change it to Peninsular Road, but some of those seem very far down Peninsular Road near Turtle Pond. Millers Road seems close but curves in and can be far. Can someone also tell me what buildings are in what areas? Sorry this is a lot.

Neither Miller's Road or Peninsular Road is that far. There are only 3 elevator buildings, so don't know how you'll fair with that request. Hospitality House area is a separate reservation category, and you probably already know that. Miller's Road can be a bit noisy with bus turnarounds, but everyone's tolerance for that is different.

As the PP said, Hospitality House is a separate booking category so if you did not book in the HH area you will not get it. Now that does not mean you will be miles away from the HH area, as there are some buildings on Peninsula Rd or Millers Rd that are not that far from the HH area. We stayed in bldg 45 and it was a bit of a walk from HH, but here is the key thing to remember about staying at OKW.
All of the park busses make the "rounds" of OKW stopping at Peninsula, Turtle Pond, South Point, Millers Rd and then HH before leaving for the park. Plus there is an intra-resort bus that just circles around OKW.

If you are just leaving your room and heading for HH, just hop on any park bus and get off at HH. Seldom is it more than a minute or two until a park bus comes by and for the ride back from HH, just walk over to Peninsula and wait for the next park bus to come by and take it to your bus stop. If this is your option, then choose a bldg close to one of the bus stops to limit your walking.
