Actually, they remind me more of the planet things that are above the rocket ride at WDW than atoms. The center is an orangish yellow and there is at least one reddish orange thing orbiting it. Seriously, it looks like a tiny solar system.

The atoms people are talking about (and which qruthie described above) are an object you have to find in your tasks...they are similar to the hidden mickeys or the Jolly Roger skull objects which are also part of quests. Does that help you out any?
