What are your worst trouble spots? (body wise)

Happy Friday! :wave:

When I lose weight I tend to lose in my chest first, then face, then middle. I have noticed a difference in my stomach area since I've started the FIRM Ab Sculpt and doing crunches every day.

Now that I am starting to see a difference in my stomach, I have noticed just how bad my inner thighs are and flabby arms are. I have actually noticed a difference in my outer thighs.

So, what are your trouble spots and how to you try to "fix" them?

always has been....not really doing anything for that area just joggin at the moment.

Inner thighs - always a tough area.

Wish I could lose some of my chest - that's one of the last areas for me to lose. :rolleyes:

I'm not doing anything other than Pilates at the moment.
 
My hips!! :crazy2: I don't know what to do about them. :confused:
 

Stomach......I keep pounding the miles on the treadmill and doing some crunches. My problem is more of a bloating problem. My tummy looks good in the morning but keeps expanding throughout the day....if I could get that figured out I would be all set!
 
My thighs are my problem. All around not just the inner. They are the last muscles to get going in my program. I expect my Firm tapes to make a huge difference in them though. And I'll keep up with my Pilates which is doing wonders for my tummy. My WATP tape is helping with my chest.

Doe: Only ways to lose the chest are by strength training and/or push-ups. Even 2lb dumbbells work, those are what i use in my WATP tape, and i've lost an inch from my chest in 6 weeks.

gshoe: How much dop you gain during the day? if its less than 3lbs I wouldn't worry about your expanding tummy, it means you eat regularly. I always gain between 2-3lbs and then wind up sleeping it off overnight.

all it takes is one scoop of ice cream and watch out!

seriously - ice cream makes my butt grow bigger -- and walking seems to take it off
 
My hips and butt are big.....At least I can feel some muscle tone under there now, but they aint' showin yet.:teeth:

It used to be my hips until I lost weight, now it is definitely my stomach! Also since I have lost weight my inner thighs have become very loose and jiggly.
 
My stomach is bad, but after kids I'm not as bothered about that as I probably should be. What upsets me is my back flab! Also the flab on the upper portion of my rear - I guess you'd call it my hips.
 
from the top of my head to the tip of my toes LOL

i want to loose everywhere!!!

but the worst area is my TUMMY !!!!
and i guess i'm going to start some crunches and

From my chest up is fine and from my knees down is fine...everywhere in between is my problem.

Newholiday: I was laughing at your "shelf". I call mine the shadow as it seems so big at times I think it's someone behind me, but it's just my "shadow".

I've doing mainly cardio 4-5 times a week and some abs work. Soon I think I will add some of the gym equiptment to my routine.

my lower abs -- which i refer to as my "pooch"

and my hips! eek! ugh! jeans are my reality check you know and they are telling me it's in my hips! the FIRM workouts are shedding some rays of hope to me, squats and lunges baby!

inner thighs are sooo hard to tone gals! at my peak my quads are strong and i can flex them and see it, but my inner thighs still touch!
