for each park? I find it so stressful planning a Disney vacation anymore.

I always do RD (sometimes AM EMH), midday break by the pool and then PM park with FP+. I don't go in with a specific ride list. I know from reading here and on Touring Plans which rides fill up fastest so we go to those first. We've always managed to ride headliners multiple times per trip without a problem.

I use easywdw's touring plans/strategies.

He lays things out pretty nicely.

You can just go by his list of 1st hour attractions, 2nd hour attractions, and anytime attractions and make out really well.

The only plan we have is to get there at rope drop and do the popular attractions first while using fastpasses a little later in the day.

We have a 4 day/3 night trip planned for the end of August. I haven't been since 2013 and DH hasn't been in 27 years! He really wants to see Pandora/Avatar so we booked this post-cruise. Other than fast-passes for Pandora and other attractions I think he'll like, I'm not making any plans/reservations. I've seen/done it all at least one. Once he's had enough he can go back to the hotel and chill out and I can continue on and do whatever I can fit in. I figured if I want him to go back anytime in the future I'm going to have to keep it as relaxed as possible. We'll have a car so we will most likely eat dinner off-property. I'm not a fan of WDW sit-down restaurants. I can get better food, cheaper off property.

You won't go wrong following those plans

We pick a park to start at for each day and make our 3 FP+ starting around 10:30 - 11:00. We rope drop that park and have the first two rides selected. After that we wing it until our 1st FP. We then eat a late lunch and check for available Fastpasses and either book one or head to another park that has more availability.

We haven't been yet with the grandkids but the plan will be like the PP^^...go at RD, ride a couple rides, then FP starting at 10:30, 11:30 and 12:30. We'll probably hit the first FP closer to 11:15, then do the 11:30 one, then a QS lunch and then the 12:30 FP. Then head back to the resort for pool and relaxing!

I like this plan (on paper anyway lol) because it still works if we miss rope drop...we still have guaranteed rides starting at 10:30.

We use to do the touring plans and then we did a last minute trip, where we just pick park days so we could set up FPs and any ADRs if we were going to eat at TS. After that trip we no longer do touring plans, and we just plan our park days for FPs:) RD will help get you off to a real good start.
