What are your top few splurge items for Disneyland??

Is it possible to only order and split a dessert at the Blue Bayou? Always wanted to dine there (never could as a kid due to finances...same with character meals), but on something of a budget. I'd def be able to float it if I could do that and split the dessert with my aunt because it'd end up being less than $10 per person.

When you dine at BB and split an entree they charge a split plate fee( I think it's around $5). I don't know if they do that dessert too.
The desserts are so yummy, you might want to order 2 anyway!
