You can call the Coral Reef and ask for a Diver Sign that says Happy anniversary and get the personalized menus, to make it special.

The diver sign and personalized menu are free, but you have to call and request them pretty far in advance (up to 6 months). I tried to have it done, but could never get anyone to return my call. I finally called the restaurant directly and the person I had been trying to get in touch with is who actually answered the phone. Unfortunately, it was too late. Also, they can only do it between certain hours of lunch and dinner.
Anyways, we discovered Tutto Italia on our latest trip. Very romantic. It was nice enough to be a signature dinner, but was only one dining credit (our meal for 2 of us, including gratuity, came up to around $90!--definitely makes the dining plan worth it!)

I haven't dined anywhere considered romantic as we had small children with us. But I really liked the look of San Angel Inn and have heard good things about Chefs de France and Brown Derby.
