What are your seven MUST go restaurants?

Our real only MUST-DO is the HDDR (but it's 2 credits on the DDP, so when on DDP, we pay OOP for tier 1 and use our extra credit for a nice lunch or a signature experience).

Other places we love and try to fit in each trip are Chef Mickey's dinner (we love it and despite recent bad reviews, we had a great experience there in late July), Les Chefs de France lunch or dinner, 'Ohana dinner (timed to watch EWP and Wishes from the beach after dinner).

Don't have 7 that I always do (I want to try them all!) but my faves so far are

The Plaza
Yak & Yeti
SciFi

and for CS, I love Yakitori House.

Hi, Can you tell me why you have The Plaza as one of your favorite restuarants? I have never eaten in this restuarant, but have read mixed reviews. I made the reservation to eat there on the night that we are scheduled to be at MNSSHP. The reason is because I read that the view for the Boo To You Parade is great to watch from the outside dinning there. I do know that outside dinning is just a request when I check in, but that is the reason for booking that resturant. I really want to try it as well, and figure if it is as bad as the reviews I have read we will just enjoy junk food that night!!

Please let me know why this is one of your favorite places to eat. Dinner that night for us will be DD25 and myself.

Other than Kona Cafe I cannot think of any other Disney TS restaurants I must do.

I do always have to have a drink at Le Cava Tequila.

For non Disney I always go to Blue Zoo and Kimonos when I am in the area.

There are a few CS I always do (Starring Roles, Norway and Morocco), but I don’t think that is what you are looking for.

Le cellier - always great food
Teppan edo - good food, very entertaining
Tutto italia - good food, also fairly quick as far as table service goes
Ohana - breakfast, best juice in the world!

We have also been to San angel inn and had great food, but then went back and food was average.

1. Chef Mickey's Breakfast (How can you go wrong with unlimited Mickey waffles??? ;))

2. Sci-Fi Lunch (Such a cool place! Yummy burgers.)

3. Teppan Edo (Our kids love Japanese Steakhouses.)

4. Le Cellier (Twice per trip. DS11 loves a good filet.)

5. Tusker House (The dinner is amazing! Lots of choices for kids and parents. Make you own PB&J, corndog nuggets, etc...)

6. Coral Reef (Beautiful setting for dinner.)

7. Not a must do for us because we have boys, but the one time they let me eat here is was wonderful...
1900 Park Fare. :thumbsup2

EDIT: I can't believe I forgot this one!!!

Crystal Palace (We've only done lunch and dinner - FANTASTIC food and character interaction. :goodvibes)

I would suggest you take a look at your schedule. See what days you are going to be where and then look and see what reservations are available in that park or at a nearby resort. You can go to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/ and choose the location and then choose breakfast lunch or dinner and it will show you what is available, then look at http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm and see what menu appeals to you.

For MK, look at restaurants in the Poly, Grand Floridian, or Contemporary...it wil be easy to get to those on the monorail or you can take a boat to Wilderness Lodge. I'm not too thrilled with the MK ts restaurants.

For Epcot, you really can't go wrong with any ts there, but you can also go out of the international gateway and go to one of the boardwalk resorts.

For HS eat in park or take a boat over to the boardwalk.

For AK, Tusker House, Yak and Yeti, or at Animal Kingdom Lodge, but the latter will still require a bus transfer to get back to your hotel if you don't have a car.

Good Luck! I would take what I can get now and you can always cancel if you find something better. Let us know what you get!
