DH & DD have to work again, so I will be alone! Well not alone alone, I do have Jamie.. :dog2: I am thinking of maybe going over to the Mall and taking a walk through, I have not been there in several months! I am also thinking about stopping into BJ's and getting a few things. Not sure yet,, as I have to see how much energy I do have! I am not use to going to much on my own yet! So when I do, I do try to keep it simple and close to home!

No I am not cooking today at all! I told family we could get a pizza, soup & sanwich or Pot Pies in the oven! Today I just do not feel like cooking! :p

Oh yeah I will be on The DIS! :goodvibes

DIS, read, walk, maybe a DVD?, maybe a movie w/friend?, maybe drapery shopping?

DS is having 3 friends over today for PS2
DH just went to pickup his drinking buddy
Neighborhood is having a party - mostly the moms with little kids

DS has a cross country meet in a town about 1 1/2 hours away, so we will be there for most of the day. They have a Target there, which we don't have, so I will be able to get a Target fix! Tomorrow I will probably wallpaper the bathroom that I keep putting off :crazy2: . We were going to strip the existing wallpaper and paint, but found out that the walls were drywall instead of plaster like the rest of the house, so we took the printed layer off and will put wallpaper back up.

We have an exciting day ahead of us! DD's soccer team is playing for the State Cup here in NJ! She's the Keeper (only one) and my heart is always in my throat during the games!!! Keep your fingers crossed! If they win they go on to another game next week! :wizard:

Thanks!

Reading the MEAP manual this weekend. MEAP is Michigan's big school assessment which starts next week!

We're hosting a 50th wedding anniversary open house for my parents today, from 4 - 7 p.m. so most of the day will be devoted to that. :)

Tomorrow I work from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. then at 5:00 we're meeting DH's family and our DD and DS and their families for dinner to celebrate OUR 30th wedding anniversary which was this past Tuesday. :)

Quiet relaxing weekend here. I'm going to finish HP & The Order of the Phoenix, hopefully start Half Blood Prince, and rent a movie.
Tomorrow I hope to get a run in, weather looks good!

DD has basketball practice today and then a soccer game at 4. Tonight we are going to a restaurant dedication for a friend that was lost in 9/11. Tomorrow my Dd has a lacrosse game and then a NY state cup soccer game. All sports, all the time at our house.

I'm working all weekend. I work my concierge job on the weekend and I got talked into working extra shifts this weekend, so instead of working until 12pm I have to go to another hotel and work tonight too. Oh well, I guess I'll just make the best of it and Dis all day! :teeth:

This afternoon is the UNH, Villanova football game, so I will be there. After that it's homework time. I've got about 150 pages still left in a novel to read, and a 1 page response to write on that novel by Monday (thankfully the novel is easy reading). Plus there's a little bit of other homework too. I expect tonight we'll watch movies, since the dorm social is pancake night....at 8 PM :crazy2: Something about eating pancakes that late just makes me sick. Tomorrow, more homework.

I have a busy weekend ahead. Tonight is my son's Homecoming Dance. Last night after school we had to run up in one direction to the mall to pick up his tux, then back in the opposite direction to get him to an away baseball game.

Today he has another baseball game at noon, then time to get ready for the dance. He looks so handsome in a tux! I can't believe my little baby is looking like a man. (he is 15)

Tomorrow we have 2 ice hockey games. Yes, like another poster said, it is all sports at our house!

Good luck to your DD!

I think you have been reading too much Harry Potter, usually the position is called "goalie" in soccer, not keeper :rotfl2: :rotfl2:, unless of course that is a regional thing to call it keeper.

Well, I'm currenlty working some overtime. Then I'm going to head back home and try to finish loading windows XP onto my computer. Sunday? Morning I'll be goofing off then it's off to voice lessons and rehearsals for a show I'm in with a community group.

We are going grocery shopping and to the apple orchard.
We will probably spend a lot of time outside because it is supposed to be a beautiful weekend. :)

Kind of taking a casual day today. My wife, daughter and I are taking a walk to one of our favorite restaurants for brunch, then heading over to Central Park for an hour or so to see if the Fall leaves have started coming in on the trees yet. We'll probably stop by the Museum of Natural History (we're members) to check out the new dinosaur exhibit they put in a couple months ago that we have seen yet.

Today we are heading to a local apple festival to enjoy some fun and good food! Tonight I have to go and pick up my remaining items from the kids' resale I participated in (hopefully there isn't much left and I made lots of $$ for Disney :teeth: ) and I have to work on ebay auctions to get listed tomorrow (once again for more Disney $$$). Tomorrow I will be cleaning, ebaying and watchin' some football!!!

Oh yeah, I've got to work on my fantasy football picks tonight too :flower:

Me-At least 10 loads of wash, clean bathrooms, windows, grocery shop.
Husband-working 5 hours to his 60 hour week.
Then we are scrubbing our kitchen carpet. My dd had tea in her room and I found it and it had black mold growing on it. I brought the cup down in a garbage bag and sat it by the door. It tipped over, I almost gagged. Hence scrubbing kitchen carpet.

dd-15 is at St. John's Bosco Day at Holy Hill in Hubertus WI
ds-17 is at an Alcohol Class with 15 other boys that got underages-if they don't attend this 9 hour class and pass, they will loose their license for 90 days.
Sunday, dd-15 marches in a Fall parade with local h.s. band.

dd-21 & ds-23 stayed at college this weekend, but we are all getting together next weekend in Marquette MI for the last moto-cross race of the season.

Meeting my dad and his wife for lunch today - one last time before they return to their winter home in Florida. This summer just flew by. I didn't get to see them as often as I would have liked.

Today is the normal weekend stuff. Laundry, house cleaning, etc.

Tomorrow however will be fun as we are getting together with another couple we just cruised with to view pictures etc. Looking forward to getting together with a DIS friend!
