Can you share the stuffed mushroom recipe?

I know it wasn't targeted to me, but here's my recipe for dill dip:

1 1/3 c sour cream
1 1/3 c mayo (not Miracle Whip, but real mayo)
2 T fresh finely chopped or grated onion
3 tsp chopped fresh dill (or 2T dried)
2 tsp Beau Monde

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refridgerate at least 4 hours. Serve either in a rye bread bowl (a rye round where you have carved out the middle and chunked the bread up for dipping) or in a bowl surrounded with rye chunks.

Note, I usually just take the entire rye round and chunk it up and put my dip either in a bowl or sometimes in either yellow or green peppers that I use as a bowl.

I'd love your recipe for the bbq chicken ranch dip. It sounds yummy!! Thanks.

My family loves it when I get dates and stuff them each with a pecan and roll them in powdered sugar - simple, but yummy.
You can't go wrong with homemade chex mix.
Or haystacks - mix the crispy chinese noodles, salted peanuts with some melted white chocolate and drop onto wax paper in little haystacks. I also like to drizzle it with melted butterscotch - yum!
Oh, and buffalo chicken eggrolls - YUM YUM!!!

I'd also like the recipe for the BBQ Chicken Ranch Dip! there are a few things I'd like recipes for. I need to go back through and write them all down!

Those bacon and brown sugar smokies seem to be turning up frequently on people's menus. I would like to try those this year and have a quick question...how do keep the brown sugar from falling off during baking?

We do appetizers Christmas Day.

We're doing sweet and sour meatballs, terriyaki chicken wings, warm jalapeno/parmesan dip with chips, crescent ranch pinwheels, veggies and dip, a chocolate fountain with fruit and other stuff for dipping, and cookies.

I just made our appetizer list so I could buy needed ingredients.

Bacon cream cheese bites (onion & chive cream cheese, bacon bits inside crescent rolls)
Meatballs
Pigs in a blanket
Shrimp cocktail
Crab Cakes
Summer sausage, colby cheese & crackers
Rotel cheese dip
Veggie tray
Deviled Eggs
Mini Quiche

I have a fast and easy hot artichoke dip. It is NOT healthy, but so yumm!

1 cup parmesean cheese
1 cup mozerela cheese
1 cup mayo
1 can artichokes, draned and diced
1 small can diced chilies.

Mix and poor into either a 9x9 pan or pie plate, top with a handful of crushed Ritz crackers or Panko crumbs, and bake for 1 hour. Serve hot with crackers or tortila chips.

mine are:
Pizza Dip
Sausage in bbq sauce/jelly
stuffed mushrooms
cream cheese covered with pepper jelly or I love the pineapple sauce from pampered chef! YUM!
roasted pecans
tortilla rolls with ham and chive cream cheese
deviled eggs

Mini papadams with shredded duck, shallots and mango chutney.

I also make prawn and vegetable wontons and serve them with sweet chilli sauce (these are always a bit hit).

Prawns wrapped in rice paper served with a soy, ginger dipping sauce.

Mini Beef skewers served with satay sauce.

Salt and pepper squid

Little shortcrust tarts filled with goats curd and topped with smoked salmon

Fried wonton wrappers topped with scallops and topped with bacon dust

Slices of rare roast beef on small squares of toasted sourdough bread with horseradish cream ( I often add a sprig of watercress if available)

Tiny squares of vegetable frittata

Carrot and Parsnip fritters topped with marinated fetta

Parmesan crisps topped with beetroot dip.

Flat bread with dip

Pita bread toasted in the oven with paresan and zatar sprinkled over the top. (You need to watch these they can go from cooked to burnt very quickly.

I love a good party, hope you have fun.

hugs Quasar

I think I might have to go to cooking school before I tackle some of those! I love the look of the Mushroom Crescents that someone put a link to.

I usually do stuffed mushrooms, but they're so tiny, I think I'm going to get bigger mushrooms this year, and see how that goes.

I've been convinced to do the smokies in a crescent roll.
