I really am not a big fan of shopping while on holiday, always think there is something more exciting to do. My husband on the other hand enjoys it. So thought I would try and make more of an effort this year. I do really like Mall of Millennia but even then its usually Pottery Barn, Cheesecake Factory and then I want to leave. Sure I am missing out on some lovely shops. Any tips for ladies clothes and 15 year old boys clothes. My son loves the Apple and Microsoft shops so he is happy to stay in there for way too long.
I bet there are loads of places I have missed in Premium Outlets too, always way too hot there.
Anyway, I am willing to broaden my horizons. Usually we drop my husband off at Premium Outlets then go to Aquatica and then go back for him.

Premium Outlets at Vineland had Kate Spade, which I love, so was very pleased to see it! Went in twice (couldn't decide which bag I wanted :rotfl2:)

A few perfume shops, Nike & Levi's which we both managed to pick up a few items.
Skechers, Vans and some of the big name designers. Cosmetics are there too.

Plus there is a well sized food court - although it was packed with people the day we were there!

Possibly worth a visit.

For our next visit, I might consider Mall of Millennia, as I would have liked to have visit an Apple Store to pick up a few things at a better price than the UK stores.

Only places we go to browse are the 2 Disney outlet stores, any other shopping we have to know what we want and which shop, we all hate shopping. Matt was considering getting an Apple watch after he saw his Uncles a few week back but as he doesn't wear a watch it would be just a novelty thing for a few days then thrown in a drawer. So unless a new iPhone or iPad is released in the next month I doubt we will be doing any shopping.

We are more and more disappointed with the shopping in Orlando each year.
If you want high-value, specialist goods, or designer gear, you can get some good deals.
If you're a bit more high street, like us, then you'll be disappointed.
We got a few good deals on trainers in Nike/Adidas this year. Skechers/Vans/Converse were no cheaper than at home.
The North Face outlet always has amazing deals but we are yet to buy a thick winter walking coat in that weather...!
Rack Room Shoes often has some good seconds.
Charming Charlie's is good - a bit like Accessorize - and moderately priced.
If you have teens, Abercrombie/Holister are MUCH cheaper over there.
You can also get good deals on Yankee Candles but make sure you have plenty of luggage allowance - they weigh a ton!

I take it that you have a car.

Try this for a change All go to " Lowes " or " Home Depot "

Or failing this option drive on Hwy 192 West to Hwy 27

Then go Hwy 27 South & cross over I4 . OR Go on Hwy I4 towards Tampa BUT Turn OFF onto Hwy 27 & go SOUTH

Then within 400 yards TURN LEFT into Posner Park Mall.

Hubby & Son can immerse themselves in BEST BUY while you go to Other Shops .

There is a New Cinema there now & some eateries BUT on the way back eat at one of the places on Hwy 192

Longhorns , Olive Gardens , Texas Roadhouse etc.

Nobody's mentioned Celebration yet - a few nice stores there and a lovely town to just wander about in.

Also can recommend St Cloud if you're into antiquities and bric-a-brac, we stopped off there on the way back from horse riding last time we went, ended up having to buy additional baggage allowance for the return flight thanks to a few of their stores!

For the camera and/or RC or railway modeller, there's Colonial Photo & Hobby north of Orlando, huge store with an Art Deco frontage and very friendly helpful staff

Into crafting? There are several Jo-Anns, Michaels and Hobby Lobby's around the entire orlando area. Be aware that Hobby Lobby doesn't open on sundays.

If you like your DVDs / Blu Rays AND your UK player is multi region, it's worth checking out Movie Stop, again several throughout orlando. Bit like our CEX but better organised and more reasonable prices, with significantly more stock and larger stores.

We regularly the visit the Disney Outlet stores, their stock changes frequently so if you're there for a couple of weeks a repeat visit a week or so apart can be well worth it.

If you're up at the outlets at the top of I-Drive, might be worth you checking out Bass Pro Outdoor World, a seriously massive Outdoor store which has a big homewares and clothing section, everything you could need for the winter (and often summer!) back here in the UK. If you're into 'country' sports, they have a freshwater tank with live fishing demos, every type of sport is catered for and you can try the equipment to with their own shooting gallery, archery range etc. You can even buy a speedboat, but it might not fit in your luggage.

And, of course, Old Town for your high-end tourist toot mixed in with a few worthwhile stores and some decent evening car shows

......off the top of my head

HTH :thumbsup2

I like a stop in Macy's at the Florida Mall for work clothes. I have picked some lovely dresses over the years in there at great prices! Calvin Klein dress for $25 was probably my best. Also bought suits for me and clothes for DD.

I also tend to stop in Victoria Secret, Pandora, Crocs & Apple Stores.

We are not browsers so we tend to hit these and leave.

I always go somewhere for Nike and Adidas trainers for the kids because I have always found them to be cheaper. Hollister is a lot cheaper as mentioned above so we go there. Two items for my 13 year old were £92 in my local Hollister last week which is outrageous. I personally hate that shop. They keep it dark to hide the price labels.....! DD also likes Crocs and they are always cheaper and I can sometimes get work gear at a good price if I rummage around some of the designer places.

Oh I forgot. Levi's. They are cheaper too. It's generally a bit rubbish for my teenage son who likes his English brands (Fred Perry, Ben Sherman).

Hi just back
I bet your son would like Abercrombie,holister...a&f had a great sale $14.99 polo shirts.
I like Loft and Ann Taylor...bought my first Kate Spade bag and wallet
Hubby finally managed to get an apple watch yesterday
We signed up and every day had a Columbia $10 voucher so I bought lots of shorts for the grand price of $2.77 each!
At the moment the Disney outlet store at international drive is closed
Make sure you sign up though
Any questions please ask also now I am 50 you get 10% off on Tuesday's at the premium outlets
Have to say it was very very hot and very very busy

DKNY outlet !! kids loved the sketchers shop and i picked up a few pandora pieces at way less than uk retail but beware some are also a lot more

Kath - you mention the North Face Outlet! I am really after a long winter coat (feather lined, puffa type coat but long). Will I be able to get something like that in the outlet. Last winter when I looked they were around £300+ in the UK.

Sorry to hijack! :flower3:

They had lots when we were there for vet reasonable prices, but when it's 30 degrees outside, it's not really inspirational! I didn't look for down coats (more hassle than they're worth IMO) but they may have some.
