I personally find that pirates don't normally smell wonderful because they can go months before taking a proper bath, believe me I know of what I speak, because I use to be married to one, and there were times when he stunk so bad that he had to sleep outside in the garden, matter of fact, once our dog began to bury him with the dirt from the garden, well actually more than once. Then there was the time that my pirate hubby brought over some chap also a pirate that always had dirty feet, matter of fact his nick name was dirty foot pirate... ah how fitting, anyway, he stunk just as bad, if not even worse.

The smell of Churros by far. Space Mountain also IDK why but the cold air in Space mountain smells good to me

Ok so a little weird but on the first trip to DL with my wife I mentioned how it always smells like skunks when I walk past splash mountain. She explained that it is a certain type of flower and ever since then I love walking past it and enjoying the detailed planning of the Disney folks!
