These three sites are great for planning. Finding the disboards was the best thing that happened while planning this trip I know my husband thinks I need a disboards intervention. Allearsnet.com is great for checking out the menus for the parks and resorts. Make sure you visit the food thread on these boards - that will help you decide which restaurants you want to try also.
