What are your favorite low carb snacks?

Turkey legs. lol That's almost it. They do sell hummus, veggie sticks at each park but not at each snack location. Most of the snack carts are sugary, popcorn or ice cream.
I'd see if you can bring your own. You can bring food into the parks and a small soft sided cooler so cheese sticks, meat sticks, hard boiled eggs etc can be brought in.

Pickles.

But then, I LOVE pickles any time. So when I was on a low carb diet, a pickle gave me something cold on a hot Disney day. It also helps to replenish electrolytes - a big deal for anyone in the Florida heat, but especially important if you’re on a low carb diet!

I don’t remember if Disney World has them, but Disneyland has spicy pickles that are my favorite. They’re only slightly spicy, and give a little more interesting flavor.

WDW used to have a cucumber salad at many restaurants (more of a side than a snack) that was delicious and I would guess was also low-carb. It was one of my favorite items, and I have no idea why they don't seem to have it anymore.

Cheese sticks, some kiosks have veggies, grapes (just ask for them from the kids menu), bacon cheeseburgers (minus the bun, I get it wrapped in lettuce).

Lot's of good stuff at Liberty Sq Market @ MK and Mr. Harambe's Market @ AK.
I just wing it at the other parks and buy what looks good when I'm hungry.

In our backpack we bring cheese sticks, individual packs of almonds or almonds and walnuts( we found these at Walmart) and Adkins bars. We have never had a problem at security with these items.

I have done Atkins for years and always bail on the diet at Disney. Too much to eat that contains too many carbs. Good luck on the diet in any case.

Yep, the main reason I started Keto was to lose weight for Disney, so I can eat what I want without worry.

I’ve had no-sugar added frozen strawberry bars around property. I remember seeing them some places where the Mickey bars are offered. Itzakadoozie bars have lower sugar than other options and you can often find them at ice cream carts.

Starbucks coffee drinks with sugar free flavoring is always a great snack for me. I am usually ordering iced at WDW!

For quick meals, Columbia Harbor House has grilled salmon and broccoli. I ask them to leave off the couscous or just nibble at it. BoG lunch has a delicious Tuna Niçoise salad...seared tuna...mmmm
