Bistro de Paris: whatever I've had has been good. Particularly loved arctic char last year (but wasn't on there this past May).
V&A's: anything
Boma: anything (I agree with you, sleepyone)

Beaches & Cream - Dessert - No Way Jose - a peanut butter and hot fudge delight with chocolate and vanilla ice cream, peanut butter and chocolate morsels, whipped cream and a cherry

Tempura Kiku (Japan) - Lunch - Ebi - Shrimp with fresh vegetables

That sounds sooooo good.

The mushroom filet mignon with mushroom risotto at LeCellier. By far the best meal I had at WDW.

Best appetizer: Le Cellier--Shrimp Cocktail - wasabi slaw and horseradish chili sauce $9.99

Best entree: Brown Derby--Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna with honey-gingered spaghetti squash, warm soy vinaigrette, and Wasabi oil $22.49

Best Dessert: Chocolate, Chocolate, Caramel - warm valrhona chocolate cake with white chocolate ice cream and scotch whiskey caramel $10

...but I'm going again for free dining, so I'm open to change.
