I am looking for some book recommendations for Christmas. What are your favorite Walt bios or other Disney books. I already have Spinning Disney World on my list...what else?

I loved Realityland: True-Life Adventures at Walt Disney World David Koenig (Author)
It is an accounting of the building of Walt Disney World and Epcot from conception to opening.
I am in the Construction industry and it was a very exciting and engaging look at building such a huge undertaking.

Spinning Disneys World by Charles Ridgeway is a very good read. Here are my other favorites:
Designing Disney by John Hench
Walt Disney's Imagineering Legends and the Genesis of the Disney Theme Park by Jeff Kurtii
Windows on Main Street- short, but fun to read.

The Neil Gabler Walt biography is excellent. Also the Bob Thomas one is as well

Project Future

Very detailed about the decision to build Walt's second park in central Florida. Basically covers 1956-1971.

Interesting to hear all of the other locations that were considered including St. Louis and Niagara Falls.

The Vault of Walt by Jim Korkis Any of the imagineering books for the parks--excellent details and history.
