For those who will be sharing in the magic this coming 4th of July, feel free to share your plans.

We will be spending our evening having dinner at Ohana and hopefully catch the fireworks from the restaurant or Poly beach. During the day you will not find us at the Magic Kingdom.....lol.

Enjoy!!!

Funny you should ask this question. I was just sitting here wondering if I should make a dinner ressie for the 4th. Dsis and I aren't going to disney this time for the parks. We are going so we can find a place to live so we can become snowbirds:woohoo: . Of course we will still do JellyRolls every night. If I make a ressie it will be for the Flying Fish. Susan

We originally had a 6:00 reservation for R & C but after looking at the new menu we just switched. We're going to do Yacht Club Galley (since we're staying at YC) and then walk over to EPCOT for Illuminations. During the day we have an ADR for breakfast with the Princesses in Norway and then we'll spend some time in EPCOT before hitting SAB. We were at Disney two years ago for the 4th of July and found EPCOT to be manageable. We were staying at GF that year and just watched the fireworks from our patio instead of trying to beat the crowds at the parks. One thing I remember is that people starting bringing chairs and blankets to the Poly beach very very early. I don't know if they were resort guests or not but it looked really crowded.

We have reservations for around 7:00pm at Crystal Palace on July 4. I have been thinking lately that this is not such a good idea, but I guess we will stick with it.

We're planning to spend the day at Epcot! We have late lunch ADRs at LeCellier, and we'll catch something to eat later if we get hungry. DD loves the 4th of July fireworks at Epcot!!!! We can't wait!!!!

We never go to the parks on the 4th. We avoid the crowds and make it a fun resort day. We have adr's at Cape May around six. We will probably catch the fireworks on the third.

Wow so sounds like many people take in the Epcot fireworks rather than MK. Interesting. Guess with MK doing special fireworks on 3rd and 4th people could really do MK on 3rd and MGM or Epcot on 4th.

We have reservations for Wolfgang Puck Cafe in DTD. We plan on hitting the AK during the day as that will probably be the least crowded park and spending the evening at DTD and our resort.

It's kind of disappointing to see people write that they're avoiding the parks, especially MK on the 4th. We're doing LTT at 6:30pm at MK on the 4th. Not worried about the crowds because it's a holiday and everybody is there to have fun. I think the most interesting part will be seeing the naturalization ceremony.
