What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?

I am thankful that I my parents are healthy (for the most part) and that we can go on vacation together as a family. I am also thankful that I have great friends that have stuck by me through thick and thin when others didn't.

So many things.

I am thankful that my family is all in good health, that our kitties are happy and safe, that our city is recovering from the hurricane... I am thankful to have a wonderful job that changes the world... mostly thankful for my wonderful DH who doesn't blink when I say I'm going for a four hour run, and travels to Orlando with me even though he hates planes.

I am thankful for my wonderful husband of 40 year, my children and wonderful grandchildren. Also, for supportive friends (wonderful circle of friends) and family that always has my back, always there for me.

Problems? Of course, but all of the above make life wonderful.

So many, many things!
I am thankful that my children have grown to be such wonderful young adults- and are finding success on their own. I am thankful that my parents and sister will be here to celebrate Thanksgiving with us this week. And that my aunt & uncle are also celebrating with us- their home is in complete disrepair from the hurricane.:goodvibes

I am thankful that I live in a wonderful state full of very giving, supportive and resilient people- all helping to "restore the shore" one little piece at a time.:thumbsup2

And so thankful that I get to go on another Podcast Cruise in under 3 weeks!! :lovestruc

Thankful I was able to retire (teacher). More time to play with my grandkids. Plus, now I can go to WDW in the cooler times of the year. Just returned from an October trip.

I'm thankful for my education, even though grad school is kicking my hiney. I'm thankful for the podcast, which is getting me through grad school. I'm thankful for my fiance and that my grandfather is still around to marry us in May. I'm thankful for warmth, my comfortable life, good books, wine...this year I could write a book full of gratitude.

Most of all, I'm thankful for my family.
