What are you most excited about for your next trip to WDW?

Organized Mommy-Try and get to Tinkerbell shop (nr Cinderella Carousel) first - and ask if she can wake up Tink. It's supposed to be very special. Good Luck and have a fabulous time-sounds like you all deserve some 'spoiling'.

We're most excited about staying at AKL, last 3 times we've been to WDW we've stayed off site. With free dining (started earlier for UK guests) we decided to stay on site.popcorn::

Oh I'm excited about lots of things...

- Back to Disney after 10 long years
- Get to take DBF on his 1st trip ever to The World
- Getting to ride Splash Mountain again...it's my favourite ride EVER!
- Staying again on Disney property
- Seeing my favourite parade, Spectromagic (and probably cry happy tears!)
- Getting the chance to not be a chicken this time and ride ToT and Space Mountain! :rotfl:
- Hopefully (fingers crossed), getting to have one of my dreams come true, and eat in Cinderella's castle for Breakfast

That's just a few things :)

HAVING a "next trip!!!"

Honestly, I get so excited just planning them, it's half the fun for me. Since we won't be back for almost another year (fall '08...unless we end up moving before then!!) I don't have a lot of details yet, but I think what I'll most be looking forward to is having all my boys meet all the height requirements...No more child-swap!

I'm excited about everything!:goodvibes

I'm excited to have great ADRs for every night. :cool1: At home we rarely eat out because we can't afford it. Take out Chinese on Saturday night is about it for us. Can't wait to eat filet mignon and all the other yummy things we are going to eat. And we actually get an appetizer and dessert with it? Wow, I would never usually order either of them if we go to a restaurant because of the expense, but wow, this is gonna be heaven! :cloud9:

I'm excited to be back at CBR after 15 years. We spent our honeymoon there before we went on a Disney cruise on the Big Red Boat.

I'm most excited to show WDW to my DD for the first time. :woohoo: Might as well be showing to my DS for the first time because he was barely 2 the last time we were there. I hope they love it as much as I do. :dance3:

The thing I am most excited about for our next trip is that we are bringing a friend of my DD12. This will be the friend's first time to WDW. We did this for another first-timer last Thanksgiving. After several trips our kids are getting a little tired of WDW and this is a way to get them jazzed up again. We are having a planning party tonight!! We drag out the park maps and go through each attraction to see what are tne must-dos.

Taking my dad for the very first time at 51 and introducing my mom to AK and MGM for the first time!!!:thumbsup2 I just can't wait to ride the coasters with him!
20 Days until we are there immersed in the magic!

This year I am excited just to be going after being diagnosed with breast cancer in January. Luckily, they caught it early and have made great strides in treatment, etc. But once you are diagnosed, you truly realize how fragile life can be. So I am excited to be going with my wonderful husband to our favorite place on earth and celebrating my successful surgery and my 50th birthday at the same time. And next year, we look forward to going with our best friends to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.

This will be our second trip this year, but the first trip at Christmas since we went in 2001.

My dd7 and ds4 will get to experience the Christmas magic (dd doesn't remember her first Christmas trip).

Also, I'm excited because my Disney crazed cousin and her family are going too. They have kids the same age as mine.

Our kids are signed up to do a pirate cruise which is a first for each of them.

This will be our very first time ever being away from home on Christmas day.

I can't wait!!!!

The thing I'm most excited about is...
It'll be my first ever Walt Disney World trip!!! :donald:

I've wanted to go my whole life (I may be only 28, but it's still a long time to wait!), and always wanted to go pretty badly! ...I wanted to go since I was conscious of it's existence...

I've had a pretty rough time these last years, being struck with illness and not being able to work at all, not able to be active much in any ways... Had to come back and live with my parents because it's too dangerous for me to live alone now... But I don't have a good relationship with my dad ("not a good relationship" is rather positive, in fact), for he's alcoholic and bad tempered. But I don't have a choice... So that's a huge stress added to the illness.

...I've always tought that it's rather sad that they don't have "make-a-wish" and such foundations for sick adults in hard situations... Of course, sick kids need them real bad, they need to dream. And to have sick kids realize their dreams help them hope and cope.
But having someone turn 18 doesn't mean they don't need to dream anymore and they don't need help hoping and coping in the same way the sick kids do!

Anyways, I've had the luck that my mom is losing her job (no no! It's a good thing!:)) and will finally have much free time... And she decided she wants to return to Disney (she went once before), and we'll go together, just me and her.

So I'll finally go where I've dreamed of going my whole life, I'll go where I can be a kid again and forget I'm sick (well, kind of) and we'll spend 3 weeks without my dad!

That's why I say it's going to be my own little "make-a-wish" trip... It's a dream come true and it's helping me going trough the hard days already, and it's going to help me cope and hope... It's going to put a happy memory in my heart!

Just thinking about it, I'm already crying happy tears...! :goodvibes

*HappyTap, I wanted to say, your post really touched me deeply. I hope your DH really liked his trip, even tough I'm sure it wasn't always easy emotionally...
