What are you getting your TWEEN DD for Christmas?

I have been following the teen thread for my older DD and getting a few ideas for my tween DD but thought I would start a new thread just for the tween DD's. I am in the very early stages of my list so I was hoping for a few good ideas. This age is so hard because I feel like we are stuck in the middle! Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

My 12 (now 13)yr old niece asked for a Vera Bradley bag for Christmas last year. I got her a hipster which she liked a lot, but would have loved even more if her Kindle Fire had fit in it and closed. I see her wear it all the time. (Vera Bradley has 50 percent off sales a lot in the Fall, get on their mailing list).

My DD12 just gave me her "rough draft" last night. Thankfully, this age "appears" to be farily easy - so far - she won't be getting everything on her obviously, these were just some ideas she wrote down.

Clothes - anything neon or paint splatter (hello 80's lol)
Make up (she can't wear it to school...but fun on the weekend or parties etc) - I will prob get her some lip glosses, some mascara, and maybe a little palette with several colors.
Curling Iron or Wand
Magazine Subscription - anything animal related
Perfume
Ipod Touch or Iphone (her only hope would be a touch, no phone yet)
New stand for her guinea pig cage
Fashion eyeglasses
Rainbow Loom - her and her friends LOVE this (apparently - never mentioned it until she went to a birthday party last weekend - now it's the MUST HAVE for her group of friends )
Fingernail Polish
Scarves
Hair Accessories
Earbuds
Luxor "The Wet Brush" Detangling Shower Brush - she has super thick long hair and it's a battle every day with the tangles.

My DD10 wants a purse, shoes and new clothes.

My 11yo is still asking for AG dolls, but I think this is the last year. She seems to be my hardest to shop for this year. I got the as seen on TV brush for long thick tangled hair. If it doesn't work, I'll have to try the Luxor.

My kids only get 6 things, so I did get her the Saige dress from her brother. I am missing 1 gift from her sister and I am completely out of ideas. I'm going to keep checking back to see what other people are listing.

My DD turns 11 two weeks after Christmas. So far, she has said she "thinks" she will ask for AG Caroline (probably last one for her too), and she wants a MacBook (NOT gonna happen, honey!)

Oh, and she wants the Lego Friends dolphin cruiser, which DH already bought. That's all she has mentioned, other than Disney gift cards for our Jan trip. I'm at a loss about what else to get or suggest to family. We just redid her room last year, she has an iPod touch, and she's really not into clothes/fashion (wears uniforms to school, so it's just not a big deal to her).

Our DD11 wants a suitcase, sunglasses, and an Amazon gift card. We're going to Hawaii for 10 days next year and she wants stuff for travel.

DD12 is all about clothes, make up and itune cards.

She likes anything from Abrocrombie, and those other trendy stores, skinny jeans, sweaters, shirts, and hoodies.

Make up: lip gloss, nail polish and eye shadow. Can never have enough. Perfume too. I get her body sprays, usually.

She also wants a coach bag, a vera bradley bag, and Ugg boots.

itune cards. She is always wanting to download a game or music to her ipod.

It is a hard age.

I have the Nerf Rebelle Powerbelle and extra bullets.
I just ordered the Lego Friends Dolphin Cruiser.
She has asked for quite a bit of craft kits and footed pj's.

This is a tough age to buy for. They tend to still want toys, but rarely actually play with them. But yet aren't into fashion, hair or make up.

iTunes gift cards will be great since she is constantly wanting to download new apps or music.

My dd still likes her Calico Critters, Schliech and AG (though does not play with any of them much!). I got her the animal nursery from Schliech, but am seriously debating not getting the others. I just got her a hooded robe and will likely get her the last Twilight movie and World War Z. Maybe bubble bath, scented sanitizer.

My DD11 is a self proclaimed tomboy, so I am having have major issues!!!! She wants tennis shoes(Jordans), a tablet or Nook or something like that( not for reading but for internet)- not gonna happen, she has a computer in her room- its's just not mobile(laptop). Also wants a new basketball hoop and ball, some movies, Under Armour clothes. Geez, she will take me broke if I get all this!!!! She will probably get new tennis shoes, new ball, some movies, maybe an outfit or two. She doesn't like girl stuff, doesn't really play with toys. She has a Wii and XBox. No cell yet, were thinking of getting that, but it's only gonna be text and talk. IDK, at a loss!!!

I was able to get Monsters Inc and Monsters U for her stocking and she is getting Sonali and Gwen (almost impossible find) and a tablet - those are from Santa (I am certain this is her last year for believing). She is going on a mommy and me cruise in April, so that is my gift to her and then her brother has the dress. 1 more thing and I even flat out asked her what she wants. She has no idea.

I love all the feedback I keep checking back for ideas. Awesome thread

My dd is not a tween anymore but I do buy for my god-dd who is. This year I am giving her the rainbow loom, a bunch of bands and some BBW stuff.

a keyboad with case for ipad mini (already bought it from amazon)

a cell phone- basic phone no data plan (that is the big gift) free phone and 10 dollars a month to add it to our plan

some gift cards- starbucks (use cc rewards), claires, Old navy or aeropostale, and a movie card (these will not be for large amount). I might try to find a cheap vera bradley wallet to put them in. At her school students aren't allowed purses and their bookbag must be mesh and see through. I got her a vera lunch bag last year that is still in great condition.

I would like to find some kind of game for her. I had planned on getting the rainbow loom but gave in and got it earlier as it is the big craze here. I figured I would stuff her stockings with the refill band.

I am really on a very tight budget this year. I am hoping for old navy groupons again this year.

I am also telling family out of town to give her gift cards or money because she is getting that age that she enjoys shopping for herself- and she is getting picky when it comes to stuff.

If anyone has a suggestion on a fun game/puzzle I would love that

My girls are 11&12. They are each getting a nice suitcase for our upcoming Disney cruise in January. They both just asked for UGG slippers (still not sure) some Disney gift cards and simple makeup. The cruise is a big part of their gift.

My girls LOVE their rainbow looms. We have a store that sells "colors of the day" which is a 600 band refill pack for 1.99 so I'll get some for stockings.
