What are you getting your 1-2 year olds for christmas?

What will you be getting them for christmas?

Present from Mum and Dad is a big dumper truck and hard hat as Cullen is mad on any kind of truck, car etc.

Santa kindly let me know that he would be bringing Cullen an Easel with all the associated stuff - Ikea do a good one that is quite cheap and they have all the stuff that goes with it as well.

Other bits and bobs are a couple of books and some clothes.

All presents purchased will be a little busy closer to Christmas with the new baby and the thought of Christmas shopping either heavily pregnant or with a new baby and a 22 month old just didn't appeal.

This made me smile. When my sons were this age they received boat loads of toys since they were the first grandkids. They enjoyed playing more with the boxes and ribbons and bows than they did the actual toy.

21 month old DS at Christmas will get a train table with a few Thomas train sets on it (not wooden just the take-a-long sets), and a TMX Elmo that I've had put up since last year..he loves Elmo!!

Great question! I have lots of things for my two older boys (4 and 10) but my 2 year old has nothing! I have no idea what to get him since by the 3rd boy we have every toy under the sun plus some. The older kids I do a lot of learning type things- leap frog, books etc. and electronics but not much fun for a 2 year old, unless someone knows something like that for little guys. Thanks...

My dd (2 3/4) is getting a kitchen (her big gift) and some board games, memory, candy land and such, and we're introducing my little pony. Each of my kids (also have a 6 month old boy) get 5 gifts from us. They get a ton though from my parents, both sets of my husband's parents, and my husbands grandmother, not to mention aunts and uncles. They don't hurt for gifts.

My ds will be 2 1/2 on christmas day, and he is getting pat pat rocket, the megablocks set of Disney CARS lego (he loves CARS!!), a few Thomas train sets, an easel with the accessories (to share with his 4 yo sister), some books, a tub of megablocks lego, some CARS die cast.

DS will be almost 18 months. From mommy & daddy he's getting a PBK anywhere chair, the Little People Castle, some books and a doctor kit.

Grandma and granpas are getting him a water table, shopping cart and a shelf for his playroom. I've put in requests to Santa for books and puzzles. I can't get excited over all the stuff that lights up and plugs in anymore.

My youngest will be 18 months at Christmas.

He will be getting the Magnetic ABC Leapfrog fridge letter toy, a megablock dumptruck with megablocks (found this in TRU last week for $14 from 25.99, good sale I thought), a couple baby einstein movies, some baby einstein flashcards and some chunky reading books.

Oh and I almost forgot the cardboard stacking blocks. My other kids loved loved these.
