What are you doing on this fine Sunday? It seems a bit dead here today!

Around here, E is taking a nap and we are having a little lunch. Getting ready to go and finish cleaning the garage. Then we are going to the mall to pick up a few things.

Just a lazy day around here.

Not doing a darn thing here besides it is raining.

We leave for Disney in less than 4 weeks so we are doing some prep work. DH is doing an oil change on my car, changed the wiper blades, and checked the tires. I cleaned out the car, vacuumed the mats, etc. Watching the Nascar race in between. I'm also doing laundry - usual Sunday stuff.

It is kind of cool here in Chicagoland so no yard work for us today.

DD's been sick all week and still not feeling well.

I stopped into Sam's Club and low and behold found a Brownie Mix from Ghiradelli but will have to wait until DD feels up to eating! Poor thing has six canker sores and has not been able to eat all week! Well at least her fever has gone away and she stopped throwing up!

So, it's been a lazy time around here 'cause I did not want to disturb her when she sleeps!

Plus it's cold and rainy and a good day just to stay indoors!

It's a lazy one around here also. I should be working on some paperwork. Have been procrastinating all weekend about it. Part of my reasoning is that I'm having a professional agency do it, but I should really attempt it myself. Ha! Looks like a monumental task.

DS keeps asking me to help him with a poem. It has to be a shape poem. I told him I had a poem in my Lit class that was about a Christmas tree, and the words were in the shape of a Christmas tree. He wants to know if he can use it. Looks like he has some "fun" in store for us with it. Then he suggested I write the poem, and he draw the shape. Ha!

Just now having my first cup of coffee.

Absolutly nothing. I wanted to swim but its raining. DH is watching the Nascar race. Its just boring boring boring!

Here in Italy my day is coming to an end, but during the day I went on a 5 mile (7 hour) wine walk and then out to dinner. It was a beautiful sunny day and we had a great time.

Just finished eatting breakfast, and when my husband wakes up, we need to bring his bike to his friend's house. Other then that, doing things around the house and getting things ready for my trip. We are leaving in five days and I'm so excited.

Its yucky and rainy here. Blech.

I am working on schoolwork, its the last week of classes and I have a paper due... I hate the subject, and am struggling to get inspired.

I have an on-call in about 10 minutes, so we'll see if I have to go in for awhile today. I hope not... I'm in a crabby mood =) LOL

watching the Red Sox beat the Yankees (again, ho hum) and getting ready for my Wednesday flight to Orlando Fla. Any of you ever been there? What is there to do?

Hmmmm I heard there was a theme park but it was falling into disarray.

Our coffee can was overflowing with coins so we took it over to the coin counting machine. $183.74 left after their cut!!! Cool !!

Then we went to the drug store because it turns out that my husband also has to provide an adit picture ( like a passport photo ) attached to my resident application. His picture made him look like he was on a slab, it was that awful. We had a lot of laughs over it.

They had the cutest little pewter like Mickey Mouse frames at the drugstore for just over 2 bucks each. I bought one, but think I will go back for more and give them out next time I get back from Disney.

Now we are home. Each at our computer. All roads lead back here.

I'm sitting around trying to psyche myself into going to the gym. I biked 20 miles yesterday, and it's rainy out today so I'm not too motivated.

I volunteered at a for your health fair/ charity event. I manned the water safety booth. Our state congressman actually showed up for the event. He's a republican, lol. He actually seemed pretty cool, and listened to some questions. Maybe it will be on the local news later.

I have a lot of left overs from the bake sale. Anyone want some?

I went to a "ghost" wedding shower for my future neice-in-law. She's in North Carolina so my SIL had a shower up here in Mass. I know my other SIL's and I weren't too thrilled with the concept of the bride-to-be not being present - but don't get me started on that! At least I got a really good scallop dinner out of it............
