What are you doing to ring in the New Year?

DFi and I both work on NYE, 3:30p-12am. So I'll get to clock out right in time for the new year. That's about the extent of my plans. I'm off work New Year's Day, so I'll probably relax at home. My favorite grandpa (who passed away almost 4 years ago) had his birthday on Jan 1st, so I'll probably get his favorite pizza (taco from Happy Joe's!) and lay on the couch watching his favorite movies all day - "Stand by Me" and "American Graffiti".

I was supposed to go to NYC and watch the ball drop in times square, but no longer can. So I'm going to have a small party at my house with a couple of friends

This year, I will be having a late lunch with DM at about 2PM, then I have to work from 3:30PM-2:30AM and finally, I'll be having an early breakfast with DFiance, he's also going to drop into my work for midnight for the kiss... it's going to be a basy night but everyone will be counting down at that time!

Just staying home, watching t.v. and pigging out. I never go out on New Years Eve. Too many drunks and idiots firing guns in the air.

DH and I are having a quiet night in watching TV and having a nice disney inspired meal; cheese soup from le Cellier, filet mignion from YSH and tiramisu from Victoria and Alberts, washed down with some Vueve Cliquot French champagne.

I'm leaving in a few hours for our annual NYE trip to Ocean City, MD. Lots of cocktails, junk food, bad movies, and jigsaw puzzles. We always throw in some outlet shopping and skee ball for good measure!

Dinner party at DSIL's with freinds. Quiet and low key...just like I like it.

New Years Eve is always a big night for us. It is for everyone I know.
We will have a fancy dinner at our house, with DS and her family and my brother. We do a 3 course dinner and at midnight we do a champagne toast and light a lot of fireworks. W´re usually all up until 5-6 am (except the baby)

Not a whole lot. DBF and I are getting together with some friends to hang out, play games and and maybe watch a movie or two.

New Years isn't a big deal to me.

We got invited to a party and the fireworks are awesome here, but I think we really just want to stay in, have a nice meal at home with some champagne and watch District 9 and Night at The Museum 2 I would also like to see Up in The Air this weekend.

DH and I are going to PF Changs for dinner, coming home to watch 9 which just came in the mail from Netflix today, and watching the ball drop. I hope I can make it til midnight! I might have to take a nap midday...

My friend and I are having a lame movie/lots of food extravaganza. We are going to watch Camp Rock (<3 Jonas Brothers!!! haha) then do a HSM marathon and possibly rent some other movies. We're gonna pig out on all kinds of junk food and all that good stuff. Should be a good time. I usually stay home and do nothing so this will be a bit of a change for me.

A bunch of friends and I and DBF are going to dinner at PF Changs then going back to a friends house to have a nice relaxing night with champagne to ring in the new year....

I have gone non-stop for about 2 weeks, so I am spending the evening at home. My sister is coming over and we are going to watch movies and stuff our faces!!! Good times....

Apparently, I'm goin' to a kegger. It should be entertaining; I haven't been to a kegger since college, which was entirely too long ago.
