What Are You Doing This Weekend?

To start tommorrow in my nephews 10th b-day, going to my brothers for a cookout.

Sunday, my DH and I are going to the Allentown Art Festival:

The Allentown Art Festival takes place in the Allentown Historic Preservation District of Buffalo, New York. Tens of Thousands art patrons visit the Festival to enjoy the beauty of Buffalo's weather in June, the charm and uniqueness of the Allentown area and the quality of the art and crafts presented by the over 400 juried exhibitors.

We always spend many hours there, so much to see, live music, good food, fantastic art exhibits. We always do a bit of shopping, stop and eat at a local rest. and have a few drinks too. Not to mention we bump into so many people we know in such a large crowd too. What a great way to spend a sunny day.

Well...Saturday I am going to DD5s first ballet recital. Then on Sunday me and the girls are going to FL for the summer to visit our family (we haven't seen them in a year and they have yet to meet my baby). My parents don't know I am coming so it will be a HUGE surprise.
My DH is leaving for Iraq this weekend as well.

Tonight I am DISing. Tomorrow night 7 or 8 of us women (including me and celluloidgal) from church are going over to Dallas and spending the night. We'll probably do some shopping, eating, drinking, talking, dancing, swimming, etc. I've already bought the chocolate . I think some people (not me) might get some kind of body art .

Tomorrow we have a birthday party at 2:00, another birthday party at 5:00, and my nieces dance recital at 7:30.

Sunday we have the big Dis Meet(AKA, Jerry) in Boston! I also have a party to go to for a neighbors brother who has recently been activated and will be leaving soon, but I dont think we will end up making it to that.

Oh will keep your DH in our thoughts and prayers while he is serving his country. My daughter's boyfriend has been in Baghdad for the past several months, and his tour was extended until August. He keeps in contact with her on the computer and phone. My, have times changed, used to be you would wait forever for a letter, now they IM each other.

Well dh is going to NJ to see if someone wants to rent fil house. So I will have to run the 2 ds to bowling, then later pick oldest ds up from work, also doing alot of cooking for church on sunday. Just doing stuff around the house, maybe a movie but there never seems to be enough hours in the day. I want little ds to try on his old uniform stuff so I can see what to donate to the school. I have to pay him like $2.00 because its like sheer torture to him.

Birthday party for my DD! She's turning 7 on the 21st, but we're having the party this weekend!

Not much tomorrow. On Sunday we are going to the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. It is a childrens museum. We are meeting my friend her dh and her dd who live in Delaware. We were suppossed to go in May but I had to reschedule because my kids got Roseola. Im am very excited . I dont get to se my friend and her family very often. Hope everyone has a great weekend

Tomorrow we're having the tree and tree parts blown down by the storm on Memorial Day removed. We're talking BIG trees here...

We're also watching the Olympic diving trials on TV.

Your girls are adorable, I noticed that they are dancers. My daughter is a dance teacher. I believe that is a wonderful activity for any child. Exercise, builds confidence, and a love of music. Bless their hearts. Hope you have many wonderful dance memories with them.
