I got off easy this year, we decided on buying a puppy as a family christmas gift last week! The girls are still going to get a few small things, but that is it and they are very happy!

I buy for us from us and Santa (she has a younger brother who believes) and then I also buy from my Mother & Aunt, so the above gifts will be split amongst the 4 givers.

Hi. My DD, 13, just started to wear a little makeup. I wanted to get her a makeup kit. Any advice? I looked at the ones at Sephora but she doesn't wear eyeshadow, mostly liner, gloss and mascara.

Sephora has several kits that are just lip gloss or just liner etc. that are really cute. If you go onlne they have free shipping for orders over $50 and you get to pick three free samples to.

My DD14 is a freshman. I thought this year was going to be hard to think of things for her since she already had Uggs in a couple of styles and didn't want more, she already has an iphone, and the only other big things she would want (laptop and TV) I won't let her have.

However, as usual, I need to call a halt to the shopping for her. It's just too easy to find things that she would love. I seem to find something for her every time I go shopping for someone else.
