If you are planning to spend all day in the parks, I would plan to bring a stroller and use that to carry the snacks, etc. By the end of the day, my 7yo and 5yo were happy to cram in the stroller with the 3yo. OTOH, if you are going back to the campground for lunch and a rest, you should be able to carry enough snacks and drinks for the morning/evening without overloading yourselves.
