what are yearly fees at BCV? (search didn't work)

Hi -I am getting ready to settle on 170 pts at BCV and I can't find the exact amount of the yearly fees/point. I want to be certain I am not paying for 13 points the the seller borrowed from 2004.

The dues are rounded to $4.17 per point. You'll need a BCV owner to give you the actual (out to 4 decimal places) per point charge. On top of that, DVC undercharged last year's real estate taxes and are adding the difference into this year's payments.
