What are those really cute purses called?

They are just getting popular around here and they are sooo cute.

They are really really colorful and some of them have beads, but mostly they have a really really long shoulder strap. The cutest one I've seen had black and purple and pink....

Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about??

They do kind of look like Vera Bradly but they are also kind of ""India"" looking.

Marsha of course expensive, everything I seem to like always is. I don't know what else to say about them. They AREN'T leather but look almost like a crushed velvet with bead work on some but always in weird, pretty designes with lots of color and a really really long strap that could fit over your head and hang if you wanted. They almost look like you could buy them at World Showcase in Mexico or Morocco.

I don't know. I've seen quite a few of them and just love them. I guess I'll have to stop the next person that has one and find out the name brand or where it came from.

OK, Beauty. I have never seen anything like that. But they sound very cute. I just donated at least 12 purses to charity, all too small. I would love to be able to only use that size, but I have too much junk to carry around. The modern age is more trouble than it's worth.

I hope you can find out what they are, and where they sell them. And find a link, too! LOL, the things we "Have" to have.

Beauty, when wanting to know more about something I've seen I sometimes do a search on eBay and pull up gallery photos. You may see it there and find the name. Hey, you may actually "get" one there!

I use the same bag for like three years so I'm no help whatsoever. My Mom had a ton of those Vera Bradley things and I"m always telling her they are ugly old lady bags. She gets so mad! hee hee. Just wanted to say Hi, wondered where you have been lately.
