What are the times for the CP at Epcot?

Just trying to finalize my itinerary for our upcoming trip! I know CP is every evening but I don't know the times. Is there more than one showing? Our trip is Nov 27th-Dec 4th. So how early should we arrive to get a seat?

Midweek I would get there 45 min ahead.
