Hi all. We are getting so excited for our July 3 Wonder cruise. We are staying 1 day before pre-cruise in Cocoa Beach, so we can get to the ship whenever we want. I had some questions about the times:

1) What is the best time to get to the terminal? When do they generally start embarking?

2) What time does the MatreD' open? Where do you go? (We want to try to get a seat for 2 in the late seating)

3) What time/where do you go for Paolo's reservations?

Thanks for any/all advice,
Marina

Hi I believe alot of people arrive in the terminal around 1.00 /10.30 and sometimes boarding is 12 noon, palos ressies are normally made in rockin bar on deck 3 i think , same for maitre'd for requesting seating time changes. have a fab time

Check your navigator when you arrive for all the times places for everything you want. Things change sometimes from cruise to cruise.

The terminal opens to incoming traffic at 10. The counters open at 10:30. Boarding starts about 11:45, but is a little variable based on when they are ready.

When you check in, you will be given an information sheet listing the times and places for Dining Changes, Palo ressies, Spa ressies, etc.

All said, we plan to arrive by 11. That puts us way in the front of the check in line (in the first 100 or 150). We get in and one of us goes to Dining Changes (to be sure we got our chosen server), the other to Palo Ressies. First one done hits Guest Services for Tea with Wendy tickets. Then Spa ressie....then we go for a relaxing lunch. After lunch, drop luggage in the room, then register kids.

Using this system, we have always (10 cruises) gotten every reservation we wanted. It really isn't as crazy or rushed as it sounds on the boards. Remember that the WDW busses don't arrive at the terminal till after 1. We usually have a very short (2-3 people) line at each place for ressies.
