This might sound like a strange question but i am looking at ordering 2 tickets for my husband and i for Disneyland Paris.

In the past when i have been to WDW I have had 2 types of different tickets for the 2 trips.

One was a plastic type ticket with one of the main disney characters on, the other i got through ticketmaster (a cheaper online place to get tickets) and they were made out of cardboard.

It doesn't matter what the tickets are made of as long as i have a ticket but i was just wondering what the norm is for disneyland paris.

I looking at ordering these soon from the official website.

another question:

I was wondering if we should spend the extra 10 euros each ticket and get the one day park hopper to visit the studios?

any comment on this from others. it doesn't really hold much interest to me from what i can see on the website about it but it seems like while there we may as well do it. (even for a couple of hours).

If it was up to me i could spend all day in disneyland park.

We had annual passes. They were like a credit card.

Unless you buy annual passes the tickets are cardboard. I think it's worth another 10 E to visit the studios. It's got a nice ambience about it just to walk around. I'd recommend Animagique and The Singing in the rain umbrella as musts if you are short of time.

Concerning the Park Hopper, have you been to Disneyland Paris before? If so then you might have some spare time for Studio. Also if you are going BEFORE summer starts when all the children are out of school you might find it worthwhile. However, once summer hits Disney will be packed so you might not be able to do the attractions as quickly. Plus the summer brings more shows and parades so you will have more to do in the park.

I always have a hopper ticket when I go. It means if you get 'bored' at one park there's usually something else to see. Personally I tend to think that the Studios is a 1/2 to 3/4 day visit which then means you can get back to the main park in time for the parades.

Just a personal feeling, mind you.

The WDS park is a good place to go if the crowds are getting to much in the main park, as it does not get as crowded for example you could go to the Disneyland park in the morning and if it starts to get busy you could hop over to WDS for a few hours and return to the Disneyland park later in the eveing. it also a good place to rest your feet as most attractions are shows.

the hotel room key are like a cerdit card however seperate from park tickets which are just card.
