What are the theories on NO Tink?

I think maybe because she doesn't talk??? Does she talk at all in Peter pan? Maybe it would be weird to have a face character that doesn't say a word.

FYI- a direct to DVD movie called "The Tinkerbell Movie" is coming out in 2006.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I don't recall Tinkerbelle talking...but the rule is that face characters talk...

Tink didn't fly one night when we were there last August.
It was raining during wishes, and we assumed it was a "flying" hazard for her.

Here's something you can do that's fun:

When you get to the Magic Kingdom, don't forget to have one of the staff photographers take your family's picture on Main Street. There is one photo where they will ask your child to hold their hand out, palm up (if you have more than one child they will put their hands on top of one another). Later, when you go to take a look at the pictures, you will see that Tinkerbell has magically appeared in the palms of their hands! It's a really cute picture.

Actually, there have been many instances of Tinker Bell in the parks. She has been part of parades in both Disneyland and WDW (on roller skates, even!), has performed in shows, and has an approved meet & greet "persona." Unfortunately, Tinker Bell requires "helpers" who are about 4 ft. tall and a size 0-2, with the appropriate build and personality. It's pretty tough to find the number of "helpers" Disney would need to keep Tink in the parks on a regular basis.

WDSearcher is absolutely correct!!! A 'person' who would 'know' Tinkerbelle very, very well would have to be very petite. It is difficult to cast people that tiny--in sufficient numbers-- to allow Tink to do Meet and Greets.
