Seeing Sheriff of Nottingham and Sid are a must. What else is must do besides the parade?

It just depends what you like. Some people prioritize character photos. We didn’t do any. We prioritized character treat trails, the parade (and Haunted Horseman who comes out pre-parade) and Villian’s Grove.
