What are the plans for DCA?

I have heard a few things from a cars ride to mermaid ride over in the other wdw board...

does anyone have more info on the revamping of DCA.. or links .when will it be completed.

Hmmm.... It is going to interesting being there next spring while there is so much refurbishment going on, I hope it doesn't make it impossible to enjoy the DCA park.....
