For a soft opening of IASW and/or Roger Rabbit sometime the week of Oct 31 - Nov 5?

I know its off season and I know rides need rehab/make overs. I know we will still have a great trip. I know I'm still sad though! DS6 is pretty heart broken over Roger Rabbit. We don't get the opportunity to go to CA very often (like once every 10 years) even though I know all the practicality of it, it still stings to know these 2 will be down.

I'm wondering if any DLR experienced people think there is any chance of soft openings?

Sorry, I would expect both of those rides to be closed. Roger's refurbishment is listed all the way to Dec. 16 on the sites I've been seeing. As for IASW...it's closed for the holiday overlay. It's been done enough times that I imagine they're pretty certain of their timetable, plus its opening is supposed to coincide with the official beginning of the holiday season at Disneyland. I'm afraid your dates are just too soon.

I sadly have to agree that the chance is very small. We were there the week that IASW was to re-open for the holiday season last year and it was closed until the morning of the holiday season premier.

They have the IASW Holiday they have down to a science. Which means they close IASW for just the number of days they need. The chances it will be done early are near zero. Sorry.

Roger Rabit is scheduled to be closed until December16th. No chance that is going to be open. And as others have said it is not very likely that Small World will open a week early.

And FWIW, it is not a refurb but a seasonal makeover. IASW goes down again in January to remove it.
