What are the most romantic hotels at Disney?

Romantic is subjective. Lots of people honeymoon over in Disney World so I guess it's romantic to them. Personally, I would find AKL romantic because I love animals and having someone book me there would be a thoughtful gesture.

Maybe GF or Poly. They seem to be more upscale.

For Valentine's Day I would think dinner at Jiko's followed by a quiet tour of the animal viewing areas.

We honeymooned at the Grand Floridian, and then spent our 20th and 25th anniversaries there! Obviously, we think Disney can be very romantic. We like the Grand Floridian because the grounds are beautiful to walk around, and we enjoy Narcoosee's and Mizner's. We love getting to watch the fireworks from there as well. I'd give a very close second to the Boardwalk, since the walk around Crescent Lake is about as romantic as it gets in the evenings! Also plenty of places for adult entertainment like Jellyrolls and various other lounges in the Boardwalk/Beach Club area.

A nice carriage ride around Port Orleans Riverside, could be nice. Add a nice water taxi ride from DS to POR, I think it could be pretty good.

None. Disney is not a romantic destination

Depends on how you define romance. For me, being able to focus exclusively on each other for an extended period of time is romantic. Normally, we see each other in passing in the morning as we head to work, I'm making dinner when he gets home, we eat, watch TV for a brief period of time, then go to sleep. Repeat. Weekends are spent running errands and working around the house. I find sitting together with a drink on the deck for a couple of hours and just talking to be romantic but that only happens in the summer. When we go to WDW, we put ourselves into a little bubble with just the two of us (nothwithstanding the thousands of people around us) so we find do find it romantic.

So, with that in mind, I would find a resort at WDW to be romantic if it: was reasonably quiet, had amenities like TS restaurants, nice lounges, and places just to be together and able to talk to each other. For us that means: BC, BWI, GF, AKL. We haven't yet tried other resorts (working on it) but there may be others that meet that criteria. But it all depends on what "romantic" means to you.

I would have to go with the Wilderness Lodge, which just screams coziness and warmth. (My wife and I discussed getting married in Yosemite, so that Ahwahnee ambience is an enormous plus for us.) But things like a long stroll at Boardwalk, it all adds up to a supremely romantic excursion.

As you can see from my signature we have stayed at several resorts but the first thing that popped in my mind from experience is POLYNESIAN

I say this bc the whole resort is relaxing, from the beautiful hawaiin music, the tiki torches everywhere at night, the outstanding view from the beach, the restaurants. Hubby and I have stayed at Poly three times coming on 4th, only one trip was with our then teens.

We take our anniversary off, sleep in, order room service, walk from Poly to GF and back, rent a mouse boat, have lunch on the lanai of Capt Cooks, relaes by the pool, nap on a hammock together (nothing like hearing the hawaiin music, ferry horn and MK railroad while you lay there relaxing) until time to shower and get ready for dinner at Ohana followed by watching EWP and fireworks from the beach...

One morning we woke up kinda early, grabbed our coffee and went and sat out on Sunset Look out and watched the sun come up over the castle,,,yea... romantic..lol

Thats sad, for us and many many others it definitely can be. Also matters who your with tho I believe, Ive been with ex husband and it certainly wasnt but now with this husband.....very romantic
Don’t feel sad for me!!
My lifelong love of 48 years and I have been to romantic resorts in Hawaii, Hong Kong, Italy, Aruba just to mention a few.
Disney’s resorts are far from romantic to us, having been where we have been. We love Disney and go often. But romance is not what we are looking for there. To each there own.
Enjoy!
