What are the Legacy Passholder discount A/B/C levels?

What is the difference between tiered levels of passes and these discounts for Taste of Disney shopping?
I Googled and wasn't able to find any detailed info.

Discount A is for Signature and Signature Plus AP holders.

The tiers should just match up with whatever discounts existed previously on the cards. Mine says "A" and was a signature plus pass, so I expect "A" to correspond to 20% off merchandise at Disney-owned locations and 15% off food at Disney restaurants, with all of the usual exceptions of course. A signature pass gets the same discounts so should also have been assigned "A". A "B" discount would correspond to all the other passes (deluxe, So Cal, So Cal select, and Flex) I would think since they came with 10% off food and merchandise.

Discount B: former Deluxe, Flex, SoCal, and SoCal Select

There is no Discount C category.

Edit: also this is not just for ToD. This is for DTD as well and applicable until a new membership program is announced by Disney.

I’m pretty sure Deluxe was just a 10% merchandise and food discount. And yes it is “B”.
