What are the included beverages, besides soda? Is there juice or lemonade?

Sorry for what I know is a repeat question but when I searched I couldn't find the answer.

What are the non-alocoholic beverages that are available at the drink stations and at the MDRs? Besides soda. My 2 boys are a little older now and do enjoy drinking something other than water sometimes. But they don't drink soda. Is the lemonade at the drink stations? Or fruit punch? Juice? Any special options in the MDRs?

We're getting ready to cruise for only the 2nd time so of course now I have all these last minute questions. Thanks!

Our family are not soda drinkers either. While I do not remember all of the selections, I do know that we often drank water and lemonade at the drink station and in the MDR, we had milk, chocolate milk, tomato juice, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice.

Have a great cruise!

What you could do is bring your own drink cups (I bought some with lids and straws so no spilling) and fill them with juices from Cabanas at breakfast to keep in the fridge in your room if your kids don't like the minute maid choices (when we were on the Fantasy back in May they had lemonade and a pomegranate minute maid drink at the drink stations by the pool)

I know for certain they had lemonade and apple juice in the MDR because our kids ordered both. They will also make your kids a shirley temple in the MDR.

There was plenty of juice at breakfast in the Cabanas drink stations. We LOVE that orange-passionfruit-guava juice blend they have -- same thing that they serve at breakfast at Tusker House, Boma and O'Hana in WDW.

The lemonade at the drink stations on the Fantasy are the Light versions.

I'm certain you can also get Cranberry juice from the MDRs as that is my non-soda drinking son's favorite.

For parents of a certain age, do you find it WEIRD that our kids don't drink soda and don't even want to?

Not that I mind, but I find it bizarre, as I always drank it as a kid in the 70s and 80s. My mom restricted it some, but I drank it whenever I was permitted to. We tried to keep our kids away from it when they were young, but I figured as they got older we'd allow it. Now they are teens and they don't care for it. Most of their friends are the same way.

Sometimes kids listen. Nice.

Good question. My kid only drinks chocolate milk, water and juice. Nothing with bubbles. He's 11 now but has felt the same since he was a little kid. We don't drink soda either.

as a too much soda drinker trying to kick the habit, can I get soda water from the bar? I've found the bubbles with a little lemonade to be a nice substitute for my afternoon pop. Typically you see it off to the side on the soda machines.

Yes, you can, but it will have a cost. Any beverages from bars/lounges and poolside/theater servers have a charge.

Soft drinks in the dining room have no charge.

Sigh, I knew I was going to have trouble fighting the siren call of the free pop machine.

There have been reports that some of the drink stations do have soda water. I'm not sure which ones, though.

You could also bring your own soda water on, if you wish.

I've had cranberry juice and grapefruit juice in the MDRs. They also have the usual orange and apple juice too. But the soda stations don't have the same selection of juices.

Ginger ale is a no-charge beverage in the MDR as well. On my last cruise my friend and another guy at our dining table had a bad time with motion sickness, and the servers kept the ginger ale flowing, even sending glasses back with us to the room.

Just off the magic. I was worried about getting fed up of fizzy drinks and so took fruit juices for the room fridge. Took them all back off board with me at the end!

The drinks machine (magic) had still light lemonade and pomegranate lemonade, but cabanas right next door was open most of the day with orange Juice, apple juice, tropical mix (orchards best) cranberry Juice, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice as well as cartons of chocolate milk which you can pop in your room fridge. Milk is available at the drinks station all day. We also ordered pineapple juice in the main dining room.

In terms of fizzy the drinks machine had coke, diet coke, coke zero, sprite, ginger ale, soda water and Fanta orange (I think)
