What are the chances?

So we were interested in renting for our wine and dine marathon trip in November and it seems everything is already booked. In your experience, what are the chances of something opening back up? We are planning to go ahead and book through WDW at a moderate, but would really love to stay at either BCV, BWV, or VWL.
