I have an ADR at Ohana's at 8:30 for dinner. I ttok whatever I could but with 2 kids 3 and 6 I don't think that time is realistic. Do you think that if I walk up that day earlier they would be able to accomodate. My friend just got back from Disney and had no ADRs and they did walk ups and got to eat at numerous places including Ohanas.
What do you all think?

I have done WDW with and without ADR's or PS's as they used to be called. It has become much harder with the dining package to get in places without ADRs. This last trip in July we had some ADR's but walked in to some places as well. We had good luck. In fact I was surprised. The biggest problem we had was at Coral Reef. The server simply refused to seat 5 people. She did make ADR's at another restaurant for us on the spot. Ohanas will be tricky. It is very popular. We had ADR's for this one and had to wait the longest wait we had that trip....even with ADR's. Disney was packed the week we went as well. Some places will be easy to get. Some will not.
