What are the chances for Discount Sept 2013?

Would love Free Dining OR Kids Stay and Play for Free. We have been tossing around April, August or September. Pretty much think I have ruled april out at this point, but I would love Sept as I have a Disney Cruise on hold and would love to do a Land/Sea vacation! (too expensive for cruise in August!).

Only way its doable is with a discount of some kind (and not just a % off)!

Any thoughts?

The past few years they have offered free dining in September because it's a slower time of year for Disney. Of course that's no guarantee that they'll offer anything this year. Good luck.
