We're heading back to WDW Sept 12-18. We are only planning two sit down meals...one at San Angel Inn and one at Skipper Canteen. The rest of the time we'll grab quick service eats at whatever park we're in or back around Beach Club (where we're staying). The other option is some EPCOT F&W stops, which we've done int he past and enjoyed.

For all the wise DISers....WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE QUICK SERVICE EATS? The only thing we have on the list so far is the Ham & Cheese sandwich at Gaston's in MK. What else should we add to the list of potential stops.

MK: Columbia Harbor House
Epcot: Les Halles Boulangerie
DHS: Docking Bay 7
AK: Satu'li Canteen

I'm curious what others think. I really don't believe there are really good choices for QS at MK, but CHH is the best of them to me. The other 3 QS restaurants are very good IMHO.

Agree with most everything, but wanted to add that when most people think of Les Halles, they think of their yummy pastries, but they also have a delicious Quiche Lorraine, and some other savory offerings. Also, last time I was in MK, I decided to give Pecos Bill's a try, because I heard they had really improved. I had the Citrus-Chipotle Chicken Rice bowl from the Kids menu, and it was great!

The Japanese QS in EPCOT is worth a stop too. Nice food and fantastic surroundings if you sit outside. Still nice to look at if you opt to eat inside.

The pastries are delicious, but it's the ham and cheese baguette (heated up) that DH and I always get.

Good info on Pecos Bill's. I used to love that QS but then it really went downhill. I might give them a try when I'm there next month.

MK: Columbia Harbor House
EP: La Cantina de San Angel or Les Halles - though we typically just graze our way through the festival booths
AK: Satu'li Canteen - and not a QS but we almost always get on the walk up list at Nomad Lounge for our favorite dining spot in the park - or pretty much any park, for that matter
HS: HS QS is kinda lackluster IMHO. A Ronto Wrap from Ronto Roasters is pretty good if you're in Galaxy's Edge though I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Backlot Express isn't anything special, but it gets the job done (Cuban sandwich is tasty and huge). And once again I'll add a shout out to getting on the walk up list for a lounge. Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge has great food, drinks and people watching.

Since you are staying at Beach Club I have to throw in Crew's Cup Lounge at the Yacht Club. Yes, those prime rib sliders are every bit as good as everyone says. They are worth the hype!

ETA - can you tell we eat in a lot of lounges? :goodvibes
