What are the best discounts for 2 nights?

We (2 adults & 1 child) are planning to stay onsite for 2 nights on Sept 2nd & 3rd. I have the Loews card, Entertainment card and AAA membership. We hope to stay at RPR. I also have Chase Universal Entertainment card, which I so far found to be rather useless for any special offers at Universal. What is the best available discount to us? Thanks.

I can't help your question, but I hope those who do will explain the benefit of the entertainment card. Is it even worth the $10.

Out of all those cards (well, except for the Chase) I've found AAA is giving the best discount. For my reservation in Dec. @ the HR, APH rate was $206 and AAA was $183.

Rumor has it that there are no Ent. rate discounts this year!!

I also have the Chase Universal card, and also found it useless as far as discounts are concerned. However, if you have any reward points accumulated on the card you may be able to redeem those for Hard Rock Cafe gift cards. That's what we did.

I booked Oranage VAcations and I had very good experience with them. You have to have a 2-night minimum so that might work for you.

I haven't seen any posts this year regarding success in getting Entertainment rates at Universal hotels. Too bad.
