What are the best days to visit each park?

I figured that Magic Kingdom would be more crowded on a weekend than on a Tuesday. Does anyone have a good feel as to what parks to visit on corresponding days which would have less crowds? We plan on going to the following:

Magic Kingdom
Epcot
MGM
Animal Kingdom
Blizzard Beach
