While on the Magic in early July I booked a Cat 5 room for the August 21, 2004 cruise.
The cost was $800 less than what I paid for the cruise I was currently on (early booking discount) and the booking included a $400 on board credit.
I know a couple of cruise travel agents and I can never get a straight answer from them. I see no benefit in booking through a cruise travel agent. Can you tell me some of the perks for using a cruise agency?
BTW...I book all my travel arrangements (I prefer it that way) air, resort, cruise, excursions, rental car, limo service, etc and will continue to do so until someone convinces me that it makes more sense to let the agent do it.
Thanks in advance,
JL
