I didn't have any situational questions during my interview, but I would suggest checking out the "Any Tricky CP interview questions?" thread as it is tremendously helpful!
I was asked how I would get guests excited to enter the parks if I was working at the doors, and if I was working qsfb how would I handle a situation if I was working on a task when a customer comes up needing assistance, and then the phone started ringing. Oh and what I would do in an emergency situation.
Thanks for the replies everyone! I studied every potential question and my interview went very well. I wasn't nervous at all because i was so well prepared.
Trick questions and answers have always been an important part of fun and excitement.
1.There are sixty cups on a table. If one falls down, then how many remain?
2.In a year, some months have 30 days, while some have 31. Guess, which month has 28 days?....

I was just asked what I would do in an environment where a lot of things start to happen at once and how I would decide what to do. I just said that I would prioritize based on what needed to be done at that minute and who would be hurt if I didn't. Obviously the guest should come first, so you should try to put them ahead of other work that you have, but really it depends on the situation.
I guess like if you're QSFB like me, and you're working the counter taking orders and the fry machine beeps let's say and the phone is ringing all while you're taking an order, what do you do? I personally would think the food is most important because it can cause a fire, and then maybe the guest ordering because you were in the middle of it, with the phone last, but it all depends on the situations.
