I have a friend that wants to know and I only stay at Disney so I was no help!

Thanks ahead for any ideas!

What would constitute a "resort" vs. just a regular hotel? I have heard good things about Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa, also Reunion resort. I would looove to stay at Reunion, but it is a bit out of our price range...:sad1:

Thanks for your response, Smithkids!

I think it is amenities they are looking for and an "all inclusive" kind of feel, restaurants on site, hot tubs, pools, but not just a regular ole hotel.

I am so stuck on Disney I was gonna rattle off onsite stuff.. I am so little help when talking off of Disney property!

The Hyatt Grand Cypress is nice. Your friend could also look at Cypress Pointe, the Marriott World, Sheraton Vistana and the Gaylord among others. It really depends on what they're looking for.

We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. It is a true deluxe. Your friend can find great rates for it at 1-800-hotels. We booked through them this past Easter and loved it!:thumbsup2
