Mine are...

Crab Legs at Fulton's
Ghirardelli chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cone
Frozen banana at AK
Popcorn at MK

I would really love to try some new restaurants this year, but I don't know where to go or what to try, so hopefully this will help me! I'm sick of hotdogs!
:confused3

The first time dd and I ever had a churro was at Disneyland......so we will only eat them at a Disney park!

We always have to have the mushroom appetizer at Rose and Crown. Can't think of the name of the appetizer at Marrakesh but one is a beef pastry and the other is a chicken pastry sprinkled with cinnamon. DD16 MUST have a hot dog from Casey's (the ONLY time she will eat a hot dog).

We love to try different things each visit, but those are requirements that we will go out of our way to make sure that we have!

Two words: TURKEY LEGS.

Had to get over the initial What the "*#$!! are those and how do you eat them" response, but they are soooo tasty with some BBQ sauce. Get 'em in Frontierland in MK.

Also, we love the BBQ chicken wraps at Rainforest Cafe, and we ate at the restaurant in Canada (can't remember the name...Le Cellier? Or is that the French one?) and had the hamburgers with bleu cheese. We LOVE the school bread at the pastry house in Denmark as well.

Mostly, Dh and I like to pick at food all day –– a bit of something here, a drink, there, rather than going to restuarants. Probably why DD is a snacker as well, now!

MmmMmm good choices!!!

how about trying the smoothies at the Mainstreet Bakery.

my favourite is Strawberry!!! :cutie:

The Parmesan Mashed Potatoes at Chef Mickeys are the best ever.

The Lobster Bisque at Fulton Crab House.

I gave in the the hype and tried the turkey legs on our last trip and all I have to say is that I don't know what all the hype was about :confused3

The taste wasn't all that great and they were so messy. The darn thing kept spurting turkey juice all over me. I doubt this will be something we try again. I'll leave them for the turkey leg lovers out there.

Thing's we most likely won't miss on trips to WDW:
funnel cakes
cinnamon glazed pecans
DH has to go to CP every trip for the prime rib at the carving station.
crab claws from Fulton's Crab House - the best crab ever - YUMMY!

My can't misses are:

Nachos de Pollo at San Angel Inn in Mexico
Chocolate Chimichonga at San Angel Inn in Mexico
Kringle at the the Kringla og Bakeri in Norway
Rice Krispy treat anywhere on property
Hot Dog from Casey's (and I don't even eat hot dogs)
Everything at 'Ohana :worship:

As you can tell, DH and I certainly don't go hungry at WDW

Krista princess:

In Epcot:
Cheddar Cheese Soup at Le Cellier in Canada
Fish & Chips at Rose & Crown in UK
A Crepe and glass of champagne at the carts in France
Apple Strudel in Germany

In MK:
DoleWhip

In AK:
Mickey Bar

In MGM:
A burger or reuben at Sci-Fi

When I was young it was those frozen bananas dipped in chocolate and nuts, which totally gross me out now. I love the snickerdoodle cookies from the Main Street Bakery, milkshake from Beaches & Cream, any dessert from the bakery in France, and a pina colada next to the pool (They taste so much better there).

So funny :rotfl2: you should mention the frozen bananas because I've been dying to try them. Where are they found? I posted this question many months ago and never got an answer. TIA :teeth:

The sno-cone things in Japan, kaki gori? sp? We were there last 5 years ago, and my son, now 10, is still talking about them!

Gosh, I hope they're still there! :rotfl2:

I saw them at AK last year.

I know everyone says this, but I love the Mickey Mouse ice cream.

I Tivo'd a show from the Food Channel about food at Disney World. I can't wait to try some of the things mentioned in the show.

Single Mom taking DS for his graduation present from me and we HAVE to get a hot dog from Casey's corner the first night there! The frozen bananas are also wonderful. You can find them at the ice cream carts. As for all the other suggestions - I'll see how much of them I can get to. The crab legs sound wonderful!

We're going 6-28 through 7-6, staying at WL (again, first time was 6 1/2 years ago) and I'm obsessed already!

beaver tails - But I heard they are gone. This makes me so sad. :sad2:

I have to have:

A Cuban sandwich from Bongos
a chocolate chip cookie from the Main Street Confectionary
a warm caramel sundae from Ghirardelli
Tonga Toast

My wife has to have:
A french sandwich (don't remember the real name - it had ham and brie on it) from Earl of Sandwich
A combo platter from the Catina de San Angel
a funnel cake from the American Pavilion

And our best friend has just one:
a caramel apple from the candy cauldron at DTD

...those almonds that they sell between POTC and JC!

Alas, one of our faves is no longer available :guilty: ~ we used to get these hotdogs that were wrapped in the same "shell" used to make egg rolls. Between the hot dog and the "roll" is a layer of melted cheese! YUMMY! They used to sell these at that red 'bus' that was parked between Africa and Asia in AKL....
