What are resale points selling for ?

We are in the position where we have to sell our points. We have had our DVC membership since 1993, however, we are having big money issues and it does not make sense to keep DVC. It is killing me to say that, but i am trying to be positive about it. Can anyone give me a idea about resales, we have OKW listed with a February year with 230 points and we have an offer of 70 per point. Is this the going rate?

We just purchased OKW for $68.50/pt, but then extended to 2057 for $15/pt, for a total of $82.50. (210 pts/Sept)

Prices are also dependent on the number of banked points (if any) as well as the number of current points available.

For an average 2042 contract (current and future years points intact) that sounds about right.

If you have a lot of banked points then you should get more.

Both of the two OKW contracts that I sold within the last year went for a lot more than that. But they were both smaller contracts which makes them a bit more lucrative. Current points or banked points available? That should get you a bit more. Plus, if you have the points available for UY 2008, make the purchaser pay the dues for the points.
