Agree, 1br most likely. Fortunately it's only 1 day and it is just ahead of the bigger crowds the week following. I'd say you have a good shot.

Do you have a backup (cancelable) reservation elsewhere? (on and/or off property) Having a confirmed Plan B may help with anxiety and your luck improving.
