What are my chances?

What are my chances of getting a Test Track fastpass as a 4th one on Aug. 27 when crowds at Epcot are predicted as a 3 on Touring Plans? (We are a party of 4 if that matters.)

My fastpass day is Monday and I am trying to figure out my strategy with only 1 Epcot day. My current plan is Garden Grill breakfast at 8:25am, go directly to Soarin to ride standby, have a prescheduled fastpass for Frozen Ever after sometime in the morning, as well as my 2 tier 2 fp.If we get all of those in and done by 12 or 12:30, do we have a shot at Test Track for later in the day?

We will be there all day so we can see Illuminations before we go.

If the crowds are only a 3, you can probably not worry about a FP.

I have one child that would be very leery of riding single, so that likely wouldn't be an option for us.

You might be able to get FP, but there's a decent chance you won't be able to. However, if the park is a 3, the standby line shouldn't be horrible.
